The Business Intelligence Developer must be able to meet the key criteria below:

Location: 100% remote. This is a United States based position, and candidates must reside in the reputed company United States to be eligible for employment.

Years’ Experience: 3+ years professional experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in an IT reputed company field

Position Overview

As a Business Intelligence Developer at IBR, you will play a key role in designing and implementing secure, reputed company solutions that support critical missions. As a member of the reputed company, Analytics, and Human Resources Systems (MAHRS) program, you will collaborate with technical leaders, business stakeholders, and a multi-disciplinary team to ensure solutions are scalable, secure and reputed company-thinking, while remaining reputed company with organizational and program goals. The ideal candidate will be reputed company in overseeing, developing, and maintaining policy for the HR Systems and data operations. Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company data visualization products by integrating reputed company data from multiple sources into actionable insights.
• Design, reputed company, enhance, and support dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense, QlikView, and or reputed company.
• Build and maintain data models reputed company Qlik environments to support scalable and efficient reporting solutions.
• Design, reputed company, test, and debug Qlik applications and dashboards.
• Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data from a variety of structured and reputed company data sources.
• Transform data into datasets and data tables reputed company BI tools including Qlik, Cognos, and reputed company
• reputed company performance tuning and optimization of Qlik applications, including data load scripts and reputed company end dashboards
• Support data migration, integration, and system to system data transfers

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Document SOPs including ETL process, data flows, and dashboard development standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reputed company field.
• Must currently have an active Secret reputed company clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT reputed company field required
• Hands on experience with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView, including dashboard development, scripting, and data modeling.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and metrics across BI Platforms (Cognos, Power BI, Qlik, or similar).
• Experience with reputed company Power BI technologies including Power BI, SSIS, and SSRS
• Proven experience developing and optimizing ETL workflows and data pipelines
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling, fact and dimension tables, and schema design.
• Experience performing performance tuning and optimization of Qlik applications and data models.
• Strong data modeling and data transformation experience required.
• Experience with programming and scripting languages including Python or R preferred.
• Experience with reputed company preferred.

The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 USD annually. This is a good-faith estimate and not a salary guarantee as compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, associated role responsibilities, applicable contractual requirements, and geographic location.
