Mailroom Clerk Full-Time

Pay: $17 per hour Location: Onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 2:30 AM – 10:30 AM (one reputed company off) Overtime: Must be available as needed

Job Summary:

The Mailroom Clerk is an entry-level position responsible for receiving, sorting, opening, and scanning incoming mail. This role follows established procedures and requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and sort incoming mail trays (10–20 lbs)
• Open mail and prepare documents for scanning
• Operate seated mail opener and scanner machines

• Identify document types and capture required information
• Follow reputed company company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a criminal background reputed company and drug screen
• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and overtime

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with reputed company supervision

  Work Environment

• Onsite mailroom setting
• Seated work with occasional lifting

• Entry-level role with no supervisory responsibilities

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to reputed company pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
