Role Description: As a member of Strala's Claims team, you'll report to and work alongside the VP of Claims to deliver world-class service to our clients. You'll work remotely in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to investigate property losses, analyze coverage, evaluate damages, and drive fair, timely resolutions.

You'll have the support of a collaborative team and ongoing coaching as we scale our capabilities. Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience handling first-party property claims (residential and/or reputed company)

• Active Adjuster License

• Proficiency with estimating software

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

• Collaborative, curious, and comfortable with change
