Behavioral Health Specialist

Position Summary

We are searching for inspiring and well-rounded Behavioral Health Specialist to join our digital health platform, SolaVieve, which is designed to offer integrated, whole - person solutions. Using telehealth technologies, the Behavioral specialist will consult with our clients to determine their needs, capabilities, and challenges, while administering assessments and devising plans to improve their overall well being.

Tasks

Your duties will include:

• Guiding clients on their journey to reputed company health and well-being.
• Working with members to mitigate the impacts of social factors on health and functional status
• Administer general problem-solving, assertiveness and cognitive-behavioral techniques to address behavioral patterns and give emotional support for personal growth
• Engaging clients through live interactions using video conference and text messaging
• Establishing and creating a plan of care that reputed company clients to reputed company their goals
• Engage clients in a collaborative relationship, empowering them to manage their psycho-social, physical and environmental health to improve and maintain their well-being
• Developing collaborative relationships with the client care team
• Maximizing client’s access to available resources through the digital platform
• Provide short-term psycho-education to clients to assist in healthy life-long changes
• Strong public-speaking or group-presentation skills preferred

Requirements

Education

• MA/MS in Psychology; or BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Community Health, Public Health, Health Promotion, Behavioral Health, Health Education, RN in Psychiatric, or similar with reputed company experience
• Health coaching certification with accreditation (i.e. CHES, ACE, reputed company, or similar)
• Masters degree (preferred)

Bonus Experience

• BCC or reputed company Certification with a Psychology degree is helpful, but not required.
• reputed company and/or Medicare familiarity
• Certificates in Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC)

Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years of health coaching experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience addressing behavioral health, medical, and life transition challenges with clients.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience coaching adults reputed company a mental health reputed company.

Bonus Experience

• 1-3 year(s) of experience in public health, community health, behavioral health, health education or similar
• 1-3 year(s) of experience in chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, congestive heart failure, asthma, COPD, weight management, behavioral health) (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Ability to manage caseload in an independent setting
• Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills (proficient in English)
• Affinity for incorporating the company voice and brand into health topics
• Experience with communication in the form of Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
• Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest research in the behavioral industry and be reputed company to determine the best administration of various techniques to each client
• Ability to work remotely and use technology to administer consultations
• Ability to reputed company and motivate clients.
• Possesses outstanding clinical judgment
• Ability to collaborate with professionals across the health reputed company
• Possesses the knowledge of research procedures, methods, techniques, statistical principles, measurement theories and data collection instruments. (preferred)
