The Role
As a Data Scientist (L5) in our Customer Service organization, you will play a critical role in guiding our CS team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will also partner with executives, Product Managers, Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Finance to foster a data-driven decision-making culture in CS.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field
- Strong statistical knowledge and intuition, and applied experience developing business-centric metrics frameworks
- Strong SQL skills and programming experience (Python preferred)
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and convey clear recommendations to a variety of audiences (Engineering, Product, senior leadership)
- Experience with a wide range of measurement and reputed company techniques (correlation analysis, observational reputed company inference, forecasting, quasi experimentation)
- Comfort working with reputed company data; ability to reputed company with minimal reputed company and process
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience with Customer Service is not required, but a desire to learn and become an expert is a must

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary range of $170,000 - $720,000. You will also have the opportunity to choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. arenaflex provides comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and stock option program.
