Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Offer promotional discounts and promotions to customers, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction by actively listening to customer feedback and concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced online environment, handling multiple chats simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an e-commerce environment

  • Experience with live chat software and other customer support tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
