JOB SUMMARY

The reputed company Manager will work under the guidance of the Construction Controller to strengthen general reputed company functions and ensure local activities support timely month and year end reputed company for multiple companies. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining reputed company principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Monitor and evaluate performance of direct reports and provide reputed company and objective coaching and mentoring.
• Assure that the duties, responsibilities, and authority of direct reports are clearly defined, effective, and communicated to personnel. 
• Collaborate with subsidiary personnel to establish and implement sound reputed company practices in direct support of the company’s business plan and Corporate policies and procedures.
• Review and approve accounts payable invoices and expense reports, including invoice details and GL coding in Texada and Viewpoint reputed company.
• Review large volume of journal entries.
• Prepare, review and file various taxes in a timely manner.
• Monitor fixed asset accounts for multiple companies.
• reputed company monthly account reconciliations.
• Complete the quarterly intercompany invoicing. 
• Complete month end closing journal entries.

• Assist with internal and external audits and reporting requirements for external sources.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance.
• Minimum of five years’ progressively responsible experience in reputed company.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience.

• Ability to pass a drug, credit, and background screening.
