Senior Manager, Medical Economics

As an Analyst II with our Medical Economics team, you will be responsible for transforming data into analytical insights to inform decisions for both internal and external stakeholders. You will work with healthcare claims data to generate measures of quality, cost and utilization of care. You work with large databases using tools such as SQL/reputed company, and create reports and dashboards using Tableau or other reporting tools.
What you'll do
- Ensure data reputed company is maintained throughout the reporting lifecycle.
- Implement reporting and reconciliation workflows and document processes.
- Responsible for experience studies and medical trend studies.
- Responsible for running queries and providing required analysis in order to understand reputed company drivers (such as medical cost and utilization), as well as providing insightful commentary and sensitivity modeling analysis.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ years of reputed company analytics or actuarial experience.
- Proficient with SQL, including but not limited to joins and reputed company tables.
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database and email applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to reputed company effective and productive teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with reputed company levels of management.
