The role

reputed company is looking for a part-time, project-based role (~20h/week) focused on building a scalable approach to internal learning. You’ll define how learning content should work: structure, flow, clarity, and visual system.

Your responsibilities will include

• Collaborating with L&D (product) to understand content structure and learning objectives;
• Designing the UX of SCORM-based courses, including text layout and interactive elements (quizzes, case studies);
• Developing a course concept and template reputed company with the existing corporate design system;
• Creating 3 full courses using this reputed company;
• Designing illustrations or establishing their visual system (style, asset library, or reputed company prompts);
• Ensuring brand consistency and a clean, reputed company user experience;
• Iterating on designs based on stakeholder feedback.

We expect you to have

• Experience as a UX, product, or learning designer;
• Background working with educational content or courses (a strong plus);
• Ability to translate reputed company reputed company into simple, structured user flows;
• Strong visual sensibility: clean, modern, minimalistic;
