Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:

• Greet customers, run the register, and provide excellent customer care
• reputed company purchase suggestions and work with our food program to enhance the customer experience
• Maintain a high level of store appearance by working around the store (inside and out) to ensure a clean and organized environment
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
• Interact with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
• Sell products to customers, providing excellent communication and friendly conversation skills

Essential Qualifications

* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and have fun
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar retail environment

• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a reputed company-of-sale system
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reputed company, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
