A Day in the Life as a Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions to customers, meeting their needs and objectives
• Being the reputed company of contact for internal and external users, fielding support calls, chats, and emails
• Managing incoming queries, prioritizing tickets, reassigning based on subject and reputed company level, and updating and tracking assigned tickets
• Improving our technology by troubleshooting reported issues, creating defects for product review, and participating in software/hardware testing
• Continuing to grow professionally by researching and consulting manuals and training material for self-guided reputed company learning

If You're the Right Fit

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in the foodservice, acute care, or tech industry
• 1-3 years of direct experience in customer support roles
• A foodservice certification, such as Food Service Manager, Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietician, Dietary Technician, Hospitality Manager, or equivalent
