The Role
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our German-speaking customers. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers, handling requests reputed company email, WhatsApp, live chat, and phone. You'll work independently, think creatively, and be proactive in resolving customer issues. You'll also be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

- Strong verbal communication and writing skills in English
