Your Position at arenaflex
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving reputed company technical and reputed company issues. You'll also be responsible for:
- Managing 1st-level support, as well as interactions with site leaders and evaluating customer feedback on social media platforms
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handling data protection inquiries and legal requests in collaboration with our legal department
- Serving as a liaison between customers, customer care, and various departments reputed company arenaflex
- Identifying software and hardware issues and supporting the relevant teams in resolving them
- Analyzing customer complaints, identifying process discrepancies, and suggesting process improvements
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service
- A strong technical background and a willingness to learn about renewable energy systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain reputed company concepts in a clear and concise manner
