What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs. You will also be expected to:
- Provide secure and timely support to customers, handling sensitive information with care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest customer happiness practices and industry trends
- Maintain working knowledge of arenaflex's client products and services
- Communicate effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies
- Collaborate with the team to reputed company shared goals and objectives
What You Need to Succeed in This Role
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Native Spanish and English upper intermediate (B2 level) language proficiency
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Experience with live chats and emails
- Personal or professional experience with crypto or stock exchange
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
A Great Plus
While not required, experience with CRM systems, reputed company, or reputed company would be a great asset in this role.
