About the Role
arenaflex is seeking a seasoned Senior Client Partner, reputed company - Rockerbox to reputed company customer renewals and drive account growth. You will take full ownership of renewals for high reputed company customers, partnering with reputed company Managers to align on strategy, mitigate risk, and reputed company customer-facing negotiations at the right moment based on contract dynamics and customer context. This is a highly visible, senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership over commercial outcomes. You will operate independently, build trust quickly with customer stakeholders, and take initiative to retain and grow key accounts. You will be directly responsible for achieving Rockerbox's retention and expansion goals, with clear reputed company targets tied to your work.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of renewals for Rockerbox's high reputed company customers, driving reputed company commercial strategy and execution
- reputed company customer-facing conversations around pricing, contract terms, and multi-year agreements
- Partner with CSMs to determine the right time to initiate renewal or expansion discussions based on contract and customer needs
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders including procurement, finance, and marketing leads to manage and reputed company renewals
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities by aligning product capabilities with evolving customer goals
- Own and deliver against renewal and expansion reputed company targets
- Deliver accurate forecasts in partnership with reputed company Operations
- Build and improve internal processes for renewals, expansions, and commercial playbooks
- Act as a senior voice reputed company the CS team, operating with autonomy and influencing how we manage customer lifecycle strategy
Who We're Looking For
* 5 to 8+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or reputed company at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of owning reputed company-generating renewals and driving measurable retention and growth outcomes with high reputed company customers
- Deep experience negotiating pricing, contract structure, and multi-year agreements
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results without structured reputed company
- Ability to build trust quickly and jump into relationships mid-lifecycle
- Strong communicator with a consultative, solution-oriented reputed company
- Process-driven with an eagerness to build and refine renewal and upsell workflows
- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with high accountability

* The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at arenaflex.
- The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $103,000 to $177,000.
- This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
