About the Role

As a Billing Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing operations, while serving as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams. You'll be a key player in shaping the customer billing experience from start to finish, managing the customer billing experience from invoice reputed company to resolving payment issues with professionalism, reputed company, and a solutions-oriented reputed company.

Responsibilities

* Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for client billing and accounts receivable inquiries, providing clear, empathetic, and professional communication to resolve issues effectively.

  • Review monthly invoices to ensure clarity and accuracy before posting on the member billing portal.

  • Compile detailed statements of accounts including invoice breakdowns, payment allocation, credit memos, and refunds for members upon request.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams across time zones, particularly supporting coordination between East Coast and reputed company Coast operations.

About You

* Proven ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, both verbally and in writing.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual reputed company compensation range for this role is between $55,000 - $60,000. The successful candidate's actual reputed company compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications. You will also be eligible for an annual 10% bonus and participation in our long-term incentive program. reputed company and bonus compensation are just two components of arenaflex's total compensation package for this role.
