As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are now seeking a highly skilled reputed company CRM specialist to join reputed company on a project basis. This role involves three key deliverables: company and contract data entry, automated alerts for expiring reputed company, and exporting a list of accounts missing contact information.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled reputed company CRM specialist to help us clean, organize, and automate part of our workflow. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with reputed company data entry, reporting, and cleanup, as well as comfort with basic automation tools inside reputed company (Flow, Process Builder, or dashboards). The successful candidate will be reputed company to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and process accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key deliverables: ### Part 1: Company & Contract Data Entry

• Enter and/or update 900 customer accounts in reputed company from an reputed company sheet.
• Each record must include:

+ Company Name + Contact Information (reputed company available) + Contract Values (some companies may have multiple reputed company) + Contract Expiration Date + Account Number(s) + reputed company/Provider Name + TSD (the sales agency associated with the account)

• Ensure data is clean, de-duplicated, and consistently formatted.
• Flag or resolve discrepancies where appropriate.

### Part 2: "Contract Expiring" Notification

• Set up a simple automation that sends an email notification to reputed company of upcoming contract expirations.
• Ideal format: weekly emails with the ability to filter for reputed company expiring in the next 30, 60, or 90 days.
• Example: "[Company A]'s contract is expiring in 90 days, reputed company out to [Contact First Name] at [Contact Phone Number] now."

### Part 3: Final Contact List Export

• Generate an reputed company file that identifies reputed company Company accounts that are missing reputed company-of-contact (POC) info including:

+ First and Last Name + Phone Number + Email Address

• Export this list to a spreadsheet format (CSV/reputed company) Including blank fields for reputed company to complete manually.
• Include Company Name, TSD, and Account ID for reputed company to reference.

Requirements

* Proven experience with reputed company data entry, reporting, and cleanup

• Comfort with basic automation tools inside reputed company (Flow, Process Builder, or dashboards)
• Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
• U.S.-based only
• Telecom or B2B contract familiarity is a bonus

Communication & Meetings
