Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving reputed company insurance and claims-reputed company issues. You will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing, clarifying, and resolving intermediate policy and account-reputed company questions from internal and external customers
  • Reviewing problems and communicating with appropriate personnel to obtain information reputed company necessary

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year college degree preferred

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience providing consultative service support in a reputed company environment
  • Intermediate computer skills, including reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, and Outlook), and the ability to learn and navigate multiple technology platforms while interacting with customers
