[Remote] Associate Product Sales Specialist, Audiences (Brands and Agencies)

Affinity Solutions is the leading consumer purchase insights company, and they are seeking an Associate Product Sales Specialist to sell audience targeting solutions to brands and agencies. The role involves running full-cycle sales motions, translating client objectives into audience strategies, and maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline, advance opportunities, and reputed company new and expansion deals brand direct and with agencies
  • Run end-to-end sales cycles: reputed company > discovery > solutioning > proposal > reputed company > reputed company
  • Translate client objectives into audience strategies (e.g., acquisition, lapsed winback, loyalists, suppression, competitor/conquesting, category buyers)
  • reputed company clear, repeatable proposals that package an audiences + activation approach reputed company to KPI goals (CPA, ROAS/iROAS, conversions, lift)
  • Become fluent in how audiences activate across common ecosystems (agencies, platforms, programmatic workflows) and communicate 'how it works' simply and confidently
  • Speak credibly to 1P data integration fundamentals: reputed company expectations, basic match concepts, permissions/privacy requirements, and what’s needed for a clean, executable activation
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene, including reputed company plans, next steps, and risk flags
  • Bring market feedback back to Product/Strategy: what buyers ask for, what wins/loses, pricing friction, and packaging improvements

Skills

  • 1–5 years of experience in adtech/martech/data sales, media sales, performance marketing, or a reputed company analytics role with direct client interaction
  • Solid grasp of market targeting and segmentation (how audiences are built, reputed company to use which segments, and how targeting supports performance goals)
  • Comfort with data concepts and technical workflows (files, basic data QA, match/mapping language)—even if you haven't owned integrations end-to-end
  • High activity/high follow-through; reputed company to manage multiple reputed company opportunities without dropping details
  • Strong writing and presentation skills; reputed company to produce clean, client-reputed company proposals
  • Experience selling to or working with agencies
  • Exposure to audience platforms, measurement, identity/reputed company, and/or privacy-safe data collaboration concepts
