Coordinator, Product Development Operations
David Yurman is a celebrated American jewelry company reputed company for its timeless and contemporary collections. The Coordinator, Product Development Operations will provide tactical support in new product development operations, focusing on critical activities that drive reputed company in various business areas.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of spreadsheets & processes (shipping, sampling, invoicing)
- Shipping & receiving product daily to external vendors as well as our Lyndhurst teams (QC, excess inventory, testing)
- Assist with entry & maintenance on consignment, sold sales orders, product returns, component returns, and work orders
- Manage, organize, and reputed company record of reputed company vendor invoices
- Manage, track, and create sample and testing POs
- Assist BKK PD team with projects
- Assists VP of PD with special projects
- Provide analytical support including data collection and technical metrics
- Support additional manufacturing and engineering-reputed company initiatives as needed
- Maintain systems as required including project management software (PLM, reputed company) this includes component reputed company set reputed company
Skills
- Highly skilled with computers (databases, spreadsheets)
- Required to be in office as business needs
- Proficient reputed company Office computer skills (specifically Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication (English written and verbal) & interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, proactive thinking
- Willing to take initiative on processes
- Proven ability to work reputed company a minimal supervision, fast-paced environment
- Self-starter attitude
- Willing to take on projects without hesitation
- Knowledge of modern jewelry manufacturing techniques, precious metal metallurgy and/or investment casting a plus
- Demonstrated experience in New Product Development and/or Manufacturing Process Improvement
- Working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) & reputed company software
- Working knowledge of InDesign/illustrator/Photoshop a plus
