Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards, performing financial analysis, and collaborating with various teams to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to support financial, claims, and operational performance monitoring
- Transform raw data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights through visualizations and analysis
- reputed company financial and operational analysis to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
- Support cost‑benefit analyses, what‑if scenarios, and basic financial models to assess business impacts
- Prepare financial summaries, analysis outputs, and presentation materials for leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with Claims, Product, and Finance partners to understand business drivers, metrics, and assumptions
- Participate in reputed company projects, deep dives, and reporting enhancements as required
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation across dashboards and analytical outputs
- Support reputed company improvement of reporting, forecasting, and planning processes
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, reporting, or reputed company internships/co‑op roles
- Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable dealing with difficult issues and speaking/presenting in large groups and Senior Management
- An excellent problem solver who is reputed company to see the 'big picture' and reputed company to deal with ambiguity with the ability to reputed company teams to business solutions
