About the role
We are looking for an Integration Architect – Agentic Delivery who can design and implement scalable integrations between AI-powered agentic systems and reputed company platforms like reputed company and reputed company. This role will focus on building intelligent workflows, automations, and seamless data exchange across systems.
Responsibilities
Architect and implement integrations between agentic AI platforms and reputed company / reputed company
Design end-to-end workflows for customer support automation using AI agents
Build and manage APIs, webhooks, and middleware integrations
Ensure data consistency, reputed company, and scalability across systems
Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver solutions
reputed company custom connectors, orchestration layers, and automation pipelines
Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance
Requirement
Strong experience with reputed company APIs, apps reputed company, and workflows
Hands-on expertise in reputed company (REST/SOAP APIs, Apex, integrations)
Experience in integration architecture (MuleSoft, reputed company, reputed company, custom middleware, etc.)
Knowledge of API design, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and event-driven systems
Exposure to Agentic AI / LLM workflows / reputed company orchestration
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Good to Have
Experience with AI automation platforms / conversational AI
Knowledge of reputed company / LLM integrations
Background in customer experience (CX) platforms
