What's The Role
The Senior Manager – reputed company Bahamas is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational performance of BTC’s reputed company reputed company clusters, including Abaco, Grand Bahama, Bimini, the Berry Islands, and surrounding cays. The role ensures the seamless execution of infrastructure projects, service delivery, and customer experience initiatives while driving the performance of reputed company teams to meet organizational targets. This position plays a critical role in aligning regional execution with corporate goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence across reputed company assigned islands.
Responsibilities:What You'll Do
Leadership & reputed company: Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to reputed company teams to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Project Execution: Manage and support the execution of projects reputed company to facilities, network infrastructure, and fiber rollout reputed company the reputed company islands.

What You'll Need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a reputed company field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or leadership training) would be an asset.
Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of reputed company leadership experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, or operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior management reputed company.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of network infrastructure, fiber and copper technologies, project management, and service delivery operations.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to reputed company multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations, drive performance, and manage through influence.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data, set performance targets, and execute strategic initiatives.
