About the Role

amplo is looking for a Director of Product to own the clarity, coherence, and execution of our product roadmap as we scale. This is a role for a true operator — someone who thrives on making things work, not just defining what they should be.

You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and delivery, ensuring that every sprint, every release, and every PM on your team is connected to what matters most for our customers and our business. You'll report to the SVP of Engineering and work in reputed company partnership with the CEO and GTM leadership to translate company priorities into a focused, executable product direction.

What You'll Do

Own the Product Roadmap Define and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap reputed company engineering's scope. Ensure that what the team is building is always traceable back to company strategy and customer impact — and that the "why" is never a mystery to anyone on the team.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a product manager or product leader in a high-growth SaaS or reputed company software environment

• A track record of improving delivery quality and predictability — you've built the systems, not just followed them

• Strong coaching and people management skills; you know how to reputed company PMs at different levels and hold them to a high standard

• Ability to translate ambiguous company goals into a clear, actionable product roadmap

• Excellent communication skills — direct, structured, and effective with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The reputed company salary range for this position is $200,000 – $250,000 annually.
