We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Specialist to support the reputed company growth of our Sterile Goods Management (SGM) portfolio.

  • Department: Sterile Goods Management
  • Location: Field Based, Midlands
  • Working Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday
  • Contract: Permanent

Your main responsibilities

  • Achieving sales targets through effective, repeatable sales strategies across the territory.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and accounts to drive long‑term growth.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders to support account development and reputed company.
  • Attending exhibitions, meetings, product demonstrations, and workshops, both locally and nationally.
  • Developing and maintaining a clear business development plan, while accurately recording reputed company sales activity and opportunities in reputed company.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision‑making.

What you need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a medical sales role.
