Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and reputed company

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

  • Self-motivation and a drive for success, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as experience working in a call center environment, is also a plus.
