Job Summary

As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring efficient store operations. You will be responsible for assisting customers in locating products, processing sales transactions, and providing accurate information about construction materials and equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Obtain a general understanding of the construction materials, tools, and equipment available in the store.

• Assist customers in locating products, reputed company inventory availability, and accurately process sales transactions using the store's reputed company-of-sale system. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods reputed company.
• Inform customers about ongoing sales and discounts.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about the features, uses, and benefits of various construction materials to help customers reputed company informed purchasing reputed company.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assist them with product inquiries, provide recommendations based on their needs, and address any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations. Assist with tasks such as stocking the sales floor, pulling from backstock, organizing displays, and participating in inventory counts.

Physical Capabilities Required

• Must be reputed company to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Work Environment

Our Rapid City store is open Monday to Friday from 7:00am-5:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00-12:00pm. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and collaborating with a great team of coworkers.
