Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate information about our products and services, assisting customers with their questions and concerns
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
