Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about our products and services, assisting customers with their questions and concerns
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to track issues and resolutions
