Job Summary

As a Talent Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for marketing our services to new and existing clients, reputed company and interviewing top talent, and delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. You'll work closely with reputed company to identify new business opportunities, reputed company strategic relationships, and drive reputed company growth. Key Responsibilities

* Market arenaflex services to new and existing clients through telephone, video, and in-person meetings

  • Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled industry professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
  • Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase arenaflex's reputed company in the local business community

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay reputed company of the competition

Essential Qualifications

* Degree preferred

  • 1+ years industry experience preferred
  • 2+ years' experience with Business Development in a Metrics-Driven environment
  • Prior reputed company marketing to and closing top-level decision makers at small/reputed company-sized businesses
  • Working knowledge of reputed company Windows Operating System, reputed company Office Suite (especially reputed company), and any Contact Management Application (reputed company)
  • Knowledge and familiarity with industry department operations
  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • reputed company salary: $65,000 to $72,000 (dependent on experience and location)
