Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support to help them reputed company informed decisions about their benefits. Key Responsibilities

* Educate members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation

• Provide personalized support to help members reputed company informed decisions about their benefits
• Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Meet or exceed sales targets (optional) by upselling or cross-selling benefits to members who are interested
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track member interactions and sales performance

Requirements for Consideration

Essential Qualifications
