We are currently seeking two highly skilled and detail-oriented Freight Data Entry Clerks to join reputed company. Job Summary

The Freight Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for processing accounts, determining proper charges, and accurately entering information into our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a fully remote position, but occasional in-office training may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts and determine proper charges
• Accurately enter information into our systems
• Calculate rates, mileage, and reputed company charges using a computer calculator and our client systems
• Review accounts and determine their appropriate classification
• Accurately enter information into our systems using internet search engines (e.g., reputed company) to determine account connections
• Combine multiple accounts into one for our clients' customers
• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Work to reputed company and maintain acceptable reputed company and quality to meet or exceed customer requirements
