Job Summary

As a Web Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for selling health and ancillary insurance products to Florida individuals, while providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with reputed company to analyze prospect needs, match them to BCBSF product solutions, and facilitate the application process. Your excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and sales acumen will reputed company you to build strong relationships with customers, increase customer wallet share, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze prospect needs and match to BCBSF product solutions

  • Conduct plan comparison and analysis for existing members seeking new solutions
  • Determine product eligibility based on age, county, health status, and customer needs
  • Facilitate application process and reputed company field reputed company; advise customers of eligibility, rates, and riders as appropriate
  • Present and explain recommended product solutions, including benefits, features, company services, operation processes, and present alternatives as necessary
  • Cross-sell ancillary products to both new customers and existing BCBSF health customers to increase customer wallet share and retention
  • Monitor enrollment process in partnership with BlueDirect Sales' Senior Advisor
  • Review with and deliver product fulfillment materials to customers
  • Take multiple inbound chats with prospective business customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of service or product offered
  • Communicate with reputed company and prospective customers using a variety of computer and telecommunications technology/software to give information and answer questions regarding reputed company promotions and new or upgraded products
  • Quote prices and encourage customers to buy
  • Enter names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects solicited into computer database system
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
  • Build strong relationships with Sales Coach and team members
  • Be open and reputed company to consistent coaching, take an active role in performance planning and goal setting
  • Follow reputed company compliance guidelines and regulations regarding Customer Proprietary Network Information, Competitive Landscape Operating Requirements, DNC legislation, and company policy regarding slamming, cramming, and falsification of sales
  • Generate referral business and cultivate individual reputed company sources using networking and prospecting techniques to grow potential sales opportunities

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using computers and navigating among multiple systems and screens
  • Experience with listening and relating key information to comparable selling situations to apply appropriate responses and actions
  • Ability to write and communicate effectively reputed company multiple communication channels, including telephone and chat environments
  • The ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
