The International Sales Vice President will drive reputed company growth by building a robust sales pipeline and consistently closing high-value deals for reputed company International. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies, focused on building market share in the expatriate international business reputed company. This individual will be responsible for acquiring new international accounts, managing key broker and consultant relationships and ensuring measurable impact on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development & Growth
  • Proactively identify and pursue new international business opportunities, leveraging market insights to build a strong pipeline of reputed company prospects.
  • Implement targeted strategies to expand reputed company into new growth channels and emerging markets.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of opportunities.
  • Deal Closure & reputed company Maximization
  • reputed company reputed company negotiations and consult on challenging renewals to secure profitable agreements.
  • Position reputed company’s full product portfolio to meet client needs and deliver compelling value propositions that drive conversion.

  • Client, Consultant/Broker and Domestic Team Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Cultivate influential relationships with key stakeholders to accelerate deal cycles and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless sales execution, from proposal through installation and servicing.
  • Collaborate with reputed company’s domestic sales teams to cross-sell to existing domestic customers.
  • Foster relationships with brokers and consultants to reputed company active promoter status with key individuals reputed company the consultant centers of excellence.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning
  • Stay reputed company of industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Represent reputed company International at industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
  • Sales Leadership
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including RFP responses, quoting, and strategic planning.

Experience & Skills

  • 5–7 years of proven reputed company in international/expatriate benefits or reputed company industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline.

  • Deep understanding of business financials, products, and services.
  • SF.com expertise, including report development is desired but not required.
  • Must be Health & Life licensed.

Education

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,440.00 - $139,240.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls.
