Job Summary

  The Talent Coordinator / Recruiter supports the full reputed company lifecycle and provides administrative, reporting, and coordination support to the reputed company and Workforce Planning team. This role manages candidate pipelines, assists recruiters, and ensures accurate reporting and compliance across reputed company recruitment activities. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is comfortable working across multiple time zones. 

Primary Job Functions

  • Conduct interviews using reliable recruitment and selection methods to identify top talent reputed company designated timelines.

  • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and reputed company effective recruitment strategies. 
  • Assist recruiters with sourcing efforts, candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and other day-to-day administrative reputed company tasks as needed. 
  • Prepare, run, and submit weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for review by the Director of reputed company and Workforce Planning. 
  • Maintain accurate data reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (reputed company or similar) and ensure timely updates to requisitions, candidate records, and reporting dashboards. 
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and trends, identifying areas for improvement in time-to-fill, candidate quality, and process efficiency. 
  • Collaborate closely with the reputed company and Workforce Integration Manager to ensure seamless handoffs from selection through reputed company. 
  • Maintain compliance with reputed company applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process. 
  • Act as liaison with special projects, employment agencies, universities, and other reputed company partners as needed. 
  • Demonstrate a self-starter mentality and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements and creative sourcing strategies.

Education, Experience and Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field required, Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or reputed company support required.
  • Bilingual: Spanish preferred 
  • Certificate in HR Management required; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, reputed company best practices, and workforce planning concepts.
  • Proficiency in data tracking, report reputed company, and spreadsheet management.
  • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, iCIMS) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

  • Flexible scheduling required to support recruitment across multiple time zones, including international placements. 
  • Work hours may fluctuate based on project urgency, hiring volume, and deadlines. 
  • Fast-paced, work-heavy environment requires adaptability, initiative, and professionalism. 
  • Occasional travel may be required for hiring events, reputed company activities, or meetings. 
  • Typical office environment with intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending, reaching, and lifting.
