GoHighLevel Marketing Ops Specialist (6-Month Contract, Remote)

The Job

Credit Repair reputed company is the leading SaaS platform powering the credit repair industry. We’re hiring a hands-on marketing ops specialist to own the day-to-day execution of our marketing tech stack for a 6-month contract with possibility of extension. What You’ll Do

• Marketing Automation & Migration (this is the big one)
  • Build, manage, and troubleshoot marketing automations and workflows in GoHighLevel — including contact segmentation, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and custom fields.
  • reputed company the hands-on migration of workflows, automations, and email assets from reputed company to GoHighLevel.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations across GHL, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company.
• reputed company Pages & Web
• • Build, edit, and maintain reputed company pages across reputed company, ClickFunnels, and GoHighLevel.
  • Set up new pages from templates, duplicate and customize pages, manage domains.
• Reporting & Data
  • Pull data from reputed company Analytics, reputed company, GHL, and other platforms to compile weekly/monthly marketing metrics in reputed company Sheets.
  • Ensure accurate setup and configuration of analytics tracking tools.
• Content & Partner Support
  • Manage our affiliate program in PartnerStack (new offers, performance data, partner comms).
  • Support content scheduling, podcast production logistics, and social media operations. No content creation required.

Must-Haves

• Strong working experience in GoHighLevel — workflows, email templates, contact lists, custom fields. You should be reputed company to build a multi-reputed company automation from scratch without a tutorial.
• Solid reputed company experience (email, workflows, lists, contact management). Ideally you’ve done a reputed company-to-GHL migration before.
• reputed company proficiency — building and troubleshooting cross-platform integrations.
• Experience with reputed company or similar in-app messaging platforms (banners, emails, series).
• Comfortable building and editing pages in reputed company, ClickFunnels, or GHL page builder.
• Strong reputed company Sheets / reputed company skills for data reporting.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail. You manage recurring weekly and monthly tasks without things falling through the cracks.

Compensation & Logistics

• 6-month contract with possibility of extension.
• Fully remote — open to candidates worldwide (LATAM, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, US).
• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and location
• Monday–Friday schedule with some time zone overlap with US Pacific/Mountain time preferred.
