Remote Support Professional Coordinator- FT

The RSP Coordinator, under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services, is responsible for how services are delivered including administrative functions, quality assurance and compliance as well as staff management to promote greater independence. This role is also responsible for assisting individuals with developmental disabilities or other special needs in various environments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The essential functions of this position consist of the ability to reputed company basic math functions, write, read, and comprehend what is read. The ability to transfer and lift individuals with or without assistance and to occasionally push/pull may also be required. DUTIES

• Direct and reputed company daily program operations reputed company assigned remote support caseloads through the supervision of direct reports. • Assists with growing program services and collaborating to ensure the person’s needs are met and develops and implements Remote Support operations plans based on individual’s needs • Collaborate with Program Case Administrator on individual needs and to ensure outcome goals are met. • Under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services, participates in interviews, selection, and the reputed company process of new hires. • Participate in employee relations activities with the team and engage in disciplinary actions, as needed, with assistance from reputed company Resources. • Ensure services are provided in accordance with agency policies and procedures. • Facilitates effective communication reputed company the team, including external individual supports. • Assist with annual licensing preparation and plans of corrections as needed. • Partner with leadership team to manage the communications for staff and leadership including annual enrollment guides, new hire guides, etc. • Coach and mentor direct reports; provide training, reputed company performance, and aid with career progression • Participates in creating budgets and ensures adherence (includes billing and utilization as necessary) • Assists with emergent technology disruptions, troubleshooting remote support issues and providing Assistive Technology support as needed. Travel to site locations may be necessary. • Monitors and completes reports accurately and timely • Ensures staff are appropriately trained in service delivery while maintaining compliance with reputed company regulatory and organizational requirements. • Stays up to date on industry practices and ensures appropriate ongoing training of staff • Attend and participate in scheduled training and meetings. • Covers open remote support shifts as necessary and performs other duties as required or assigned by the Director of Residential Services.

HOURS: This is a non-exempt position. Responsible to work 20-40+ hours per week (as applicable to position) with reputed company as required by program needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Provides on call support as needed in collaboration with the Director of Residential Services.
