[Remote] Junior IT Support Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Serrala is a global leader in finance process automation, providing innovative solutions for over 40 years. The Junior IT Support Specialist will manage reputed company devices, support network and VPN issues, and handle ticketing documentation while collaborating with Sales and Product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reputed company devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as reputed company Intune and reputed company Pro, ensuring that endpoints, AV equipment and reputed company-based systems support reputed company productivity for end-users
  • Support and troubleshoot reputed company reputed company Intune, Entra ID and SharePoint environments
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues reputed company to network interruptions, VPN connections, and other connectivity concerns
  • Track and manage support tickets using Jira Service Management and create clear, accessible technical documentation and specifications in Confluence
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or reputed company field. Equivalent experiences will also be considered
  • Experience in IT support or service delivery roles, with expertise across multi-platform environments, ideally including both PC and Mac systems
  • Proficiency in networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VPNs, and routing
  • Hands-on experience with reputed company products (Jira, Confluence), ideally including Jira Service Management
  • Strong understanding of M365 administration, Entra ID, and Intune
  • Knowledge of IT reputed company systems and protocols, particularly reputed company Defender and monitoring tools
  • Basic knowledge of reputed company Application Support (incl. M365) and Autopilot
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong collaborator who contributes actively to a supportive, solution-oriented team environment
  • Customer service & problem solving skills
  • German language skills are an advantage
