[Remote] Recruiter - Quality, Regulatory

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Industries is a growing worldwide organization seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle reputed company effort for various divisions. The role involves sourcing, reputed company, selecting, and placing reputed company candidates while ensuring compliance with employment laws and providing support to hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle reputed company for Director level and below for assigned divisions (manufacturing, operations, corporate and/or sales)
• Research and reputed company candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques and established external relationships. reputed company and maintain network of contacts to identify, reputed company and attract reputed company candidates
• Screen potential candidates by reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews, checking background/references, testing and other approved measures, coordinate offer letters, offer presentation and follow-up correspondence
• Provide support and guidance to managers to ensure a consistent, high quality process
• Extracts and compiles data for recruitment metrics and reporting
• reputed company with employment laws and regulations in reputed company recruitment and hiring activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a business-reputed company field
• Experience in HR reputed company processes and practices (i.e., compensation, EEO laws, interviewing skills, sourcing strategies, etc.) in addition to at least 1 year of full-cycle reputed company experience for Non-exempt and/or Exempt positions
• Detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
• Position may require travel for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) capability
