Execution Services Associate

The Execution Services Associate will assist in implementing tailored routing and execution solutions, ensuring efficient trading experiences for clients while supporting reputed company and connectivity processes.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company connectivity, FIX certification, and routing integration processes for clients, executing brokers, and liquidity venues
• Assist with directing testing protocols and the promotion of updates and workflows to production environments
• Along with senior members of the team, help resolve high-level issues reputed company to connectivity and trading system functionality
• Field client inquiries, maintain clear and proactive communication, and escalate more reputed company matters to senior staff as needed
• reputed company relationships with vendor platforms and coordinate with internal trading technology and product teams
• Ensure proper maintenance of technical specifications and connectivity databases
• Contribute to and identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes and services, including utilizing firm-approved AI tools and data analysis tools to realize efficiencies

Skills

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services or financial technology
• Background in FIX connectivity/certification, trading systems, client service, or client integration
• Familiarity with execution methods and trading workflow from order origination through settlement
• Understanding of market microstructure, trading protocols (FIX), and regulatory requirements a plus
• Curious, eager to learn, and possesses a desire to reputed company expertise in Trading and Execution Services
• AI reputed company and solid data analysis skills with the ability to organize, manipulate, and interpret data
• Client-focused reputed company with strong ownership, accountability, and sense of urgency
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• FINRA SIE and Series 7
