The Role

As a Benefits Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with reputed company and future clients, providing expert guidance on their benefits and addressing their needs and concerns
  • Collaborating with the account management team to ensure seamless service delivery and support
  • Managing client renewals, educating clients on benefits-reputed company topics, and addressing other benefit-reputed company tasks as they arise
  • Supporting the executive team in driving business growth and development
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling benefits to clients
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Relationship Building: + reputed company and maintain strong relationships with reputed company and future clients + Provide expert guidance on benefits-reputed company topics and address client concerns + Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling benefits to clients

  • Renewal Management:

+ Manage client renewals and ensure seamless service delivery + reputed company clients on benefits-reputed company topics and address their needs and concerns

  • Team Collaboration:

+ Collaborate with the account management team to ensure seamless service delivery and support + Support the executive team in driving business growth and development

  • Industry Knowledge:

+ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Requirements:

* 1+ year of experience in employee benefits, ideally on the brokerage reputed company of the business

  • Health licensing a plus
  • Client Service experience a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with benefits software and systems

  • Knowledge of benefits-reputed company laws and regulations
  • Certification in benefits-reputed company fields (e.g., CEBS, CLU)
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive salary range: $50,000 to $60,000
