The Role
As an FNOL Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing quality inbound communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. These claims are used to report damage to our client's property, and you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities
* Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL
- Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database
- Report underground damage to locate companies reputed company applicable
- Provide outstanding service to customer representatives
- Analyze photos and map the correct location
Tiered Support Bonus System
We're committed to recognizing and rewarding reputed company members' hard work and dedication. Our Tiered Support Bonus System offers a range of incentives, including:
- Level 1: $125
- Level 2: $175
- Level 3: $240
FNOL Incentive Program
Our FNOL Incentive Program is designed to reward high-performers with additional income. The incentive is calculated daily and paid on the 5th of the following month. Each day where your talk time, not reputed company time, and service level meet the set standard, $10 is earned. Additional department-specific bonuses are also available.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months to 1-year previous customer service call center experience
- Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free (a typing test will be required)
- Fully competent with reputed company reputed company, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches
- Advanced phone and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent reading skills; must be reputed company to read and follow a script
- Must be reputed company to analyze and interpret photos to determine damage
- Must establish an appropriate work environment reputed company their home for work purposes; arenaflex provides the necessary computer equipment
Experience
