Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Support & Leads reputed company Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and building strong relationships with clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handle voice-based customer support in both English and Spanish: Respond to customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage administrative tasks and executive support duties: Provide administrative support to the project manager and other team members as needed.
• Process customer inquiries and provide resolution: Respond to customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner.

• Log customer interactions in the CRM system: Capture new leads in the CRM system and log customer interactions.

• Create actionable tasks based on Word documents: Create tasks based on Word documents and follow up to ensure reputed company and identify any blockers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
