Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities in a professional and courteous manner

- Provide solutions and resolutions to customer issues, escalating reputed company problems to senior team members as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer care skills and knowledge

Requirements
* 1 year of call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service and support
- 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Basic typing and computer experience, with excellent navigational skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
