Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Officer to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our fund members, ensuring their inquiries are handled with care and professionalism. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Officer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails from fund members, providing factual information to assist with enquiries
- Actively listening to members to reputed company a practical understanding of their situation
- Building rapport with members and offering empathetic assistance
