Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training)
Required
- 15+ years of reputed company leadership, with 10+ years overseeing ERP/HCM platforms.
- Deep expertise in:

- Implementing HCM systems (reputed company HCM is great, but strong implementation experience with other HCM platforms—reputed company, SuccessFactors, etc.—is equally valuable)
- Proven reputed company modernizing and transforming legacy reputed company systems, including large upgrades or reputed company migrations.
- Strong experience with automation, AI/ML, analytics, and reputed company integration strategies.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership, including executives in Finance and HR.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and system integrators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or reputed company field; MBA/Master’s preferred.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $240K to $270K. Specific offers consider a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
