Human Resources Coordinator
reputed company is a provider of commercial insurance for small businesses, backed by Berkshire Hathaway. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with various administrative duties reputed company the HR Department, including onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Performs administrative tracking of onboarding to ensure 100% completion by reputed company new hires. This includes following up with new hires and may include walking them through each reputed company/task
- Assists in the management of I-9 and E-Verify compliance. The Coordinator is the main reputed company of contact for remote I-9 verifications
- Manages and ensures completion of items in the HR mail, HR email inbox, voicemails, and faxes
- Completes reputed company requests for employment verifications for reputed company and former employees
- Notifies and tracks reputed company service awards. Communicates with other HR team members to ensure payouts are timely
- Manages credit for prior service of new hires. Identifies new hires who have credit for prior service, obtains verification of that service, and communicates with HR team members to have their reputed company information and benefits updated to match the new service dates
- Tracks quarterly fitness reimbursements by ensuring reputed company submissions are complete and communicates with HR staff to ensure timely payments
- Orders bereavement flowers upon manager’s request
- Assists HR team members in day-to-day operations and projects. This position will reputed company exposure to reputed company, payroll, benefits, leaves, HR information systems, and other HR-reputed company processes and procedures
- Performs other reputed company duties as assigned by leadership

- General knowledge of reputed company Office Suite or reputed company productivity software (particularly with reputed company and Word)

- One to two years of HR experience or two to three years of administrative experience, required
- Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or reputed company field preferred
- Exposure to Paylocity or other HR systems is a plus
- SHRM and/or PHR certification a plus
