Responsibilities
- Become a product expert in Enrollware’s software
- Respond to support tickets and phone calls in a timely manner
- Provide training and look for opportunities for customers to reputed company reputed company use of the software
- Assist in creating and updating reputed company documentation
- Contribute to internal project process initiatives
- Respond to billing inquiries and follow up on outstanding balances
