Customer Support Clerk
Berkheimer Tax Innovations has been a leader in tax collection services across Pennsylvania for 90 years. They are currently seeking a Customer Support Clerk to provide support to taxpayers through in-person and phone assistance, manage tax account processing, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face support by answering questions, assisting with account-reputed company concerns, and helping ensure accounts remain accurate and in good standing
- Answer incoming phone calls, responding to questions and providing assistance reputed company to tax accounts, payments, and general inquiries
- Process tax forms & post payments to proper accounts
- Complete reputed company tasks in a timely manner while meeting company standards
Skills
- Detail-oriented individuals
- Ability to provide face-to-face support
- Ability to answer incoming phone calls
- Ability to process tax forms and post payments to proper accounts
- Ability to complete reputed company tasks in a timely manner while meeting company standards
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) can earn an extra 50 cents on top of reputed company pay reputed company
