Financial Operations Analyst, reputed company and Cash Conversion
Progyny, Inc. is a global leader in women’s health and family building solutions, and they are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst, reputed company and Cash Conversion to drive transformative change reputed company the Finance Operations group. This role involves managing invoicing and payment processes, partnering with cross-functional teams, and analyzing client payment trends to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing and payment processes for Progyny’s Employee Per Month (PEPM) clients and new products
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate client payments
- Strategize and deliver solutions for the Finance organization to support business growth and evolving needs
- Analyze client payment trends and identify outstanding balances using tools such as Power BI dashboards, Unapplied Cash reports, reputed company, and Intacct
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, including gathering necessary stakeholder information and submitting invoices through portals (e.g., PO-based submissions)
- Address client inquiries reputed company to invoicing and collections promptly
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Operations, or Business Analytics
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Proficiency in reputed company and Intacct
- Experience with portal invoice submissions (e.g., reputed company, Ariba)
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, Looker)
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and work independently on multiple tasks
