[Remote] Data Migration Specialist

The Data Migration Specialist will be responsible for executing customer data migrations into the TraceGains platform, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth implementations and resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end data migrations including reputed company analysis, schema mapping, data transformation, and validation across CSV, reputed company, and XML formats
- reputed company AI-powered tools to accelerate data mapping, transformation, and validation processes, improving efficiency and accuracy
- Write and execute custom SQL scripts to transform, clean, and prepare customer data for migration and ongoing data management
- Respond to basic customer API inquiries and reputed company first-level troubleshooting; escalate more reputed company issues to senior API specialists
- Provide backup support for setting up and configuring TraceGains workbooks, including field mapping and initial system configuration
- Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues reputed company to data discrepancies, configuration errors, and platform behavior
- Assist with standard configuration setup for new customers by following established implementation processes and documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1–3 years of experience in data migration, data analysis, system configuration, or a reputed company technical role
- Demonstrated ability to write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation
- Hands-on experience performing data migrations, including reputed company-to-reputed company mapping, data transformation, and validation
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (e.g., large datasets, VLOOKUP) and experience working with structured data formats such as CSV, reputed company, and XML
- Bilingual reputed company in Spanish
